HDDs I am not that picky on. Outside of the enterprise drives Seagate actually has a statistically lower failure rate than WD, though they're within a 1% failure rate of each other, so I've never understood all the hate on Seagate drives. Basically, your best bet is to get the cheapest 7200rpm HDD you can that is new in box.
RAM I would stick below 1600mhz, and get from one of the following brands; G Skill, Kingston, Crucial, Corsair, Samsung, or Mushkin. Personally, I prefer G Skill and Crucial.
Also if I may say, unless that's a 650ti boost (which it isn't by what I could tell) You'll get a lot more for your dollar out of a Radeon HD 7850 for the same price. (about 15-20% faster. though It is a good deal if it's a boost version, keep in mind that the AMD card comes with Bioshock infinite and tomb raider. for the sacrifice of about 5% in speed.)

Also, I would like to note on the case, that again if you haven't bought it already, I'd recommend a 200r to save some money and get about the same level of cooling with less noise. (unless you're running a much, much higher end Pc than you're looking to, you'll see a one to two degree difference at best.)
Also on the power supply, for the same price as the antec you can get this Corsair which has a better warranty, better power delivery, more reliable delivery, and has modular cables to reduce cable clutter in your case.

And if you're looking at long term upgrades or high end gaming, I would recommend going with an AMD 8 core for about the same price unless you've got some deals there I didn't see. Newer games like Crysis 3 show a much higher usage of the AMD 8 core CPUs, heck benches on it place the 8350 in 2nd place behind the $1000 i7-3970.
