Settings>General Settings
Under the "Thread Display Options" un-check "Show Signatures".
If you want to block a specific signature, though, I think you'll need to use ad-block.

Some are large and annoying. Some are not appropriate to his values. Or maybe he has a pitifully small bandwidth limit and he has to cut as much downloading as possible.

I use these forums at school, and it's the best thing ever when someone walks behine me while some anime's ass is on the screen.
Plus it makes scrolling through the pages faster.
