Letter Box?

1)Talk to Price with the keyword "Spirit of Order". Wait about 21 hours Erinn time (31.5 min real time) to receive the quest.
2)Talk to Price again to receive the "Letter Box".

I did the first thing, and its been 60 minutes real time and I talked to him, and nothing happens, and I no longer have the key word, so...what do I do?

EDIT: I logged off in that time, does that mean I have to be ONLINE for 31.5 minutes straight?

Ya you have to be logged on i think. Some quest Require your character to be online while others you can be offline.

So this might be one where you have to stay Online.
