Moving Cast
Fun thing to note, if you cast a spell, move then cancel moving cast... you can RUN around with the spell without losing stamina...
So you would only need it to just turn on - > cast - > turn off - > run with it.

It's still rather dumb though.
All you're doing is making bosses stupidly easy, not making magic usable. It's not like you need a shitload of Int to cast this. Just R1 this and Fire Mastery on top of what you already ranked.
Magic has a really powerful one shot skill, but the magic skillset still sucks.

You're missing the point. I know the damage will be much better at rank 1 with upgrades and masteries. However, nothing changes the fact you can only use it once a mission. This would be fine if say, the new magic attack was with the old damage formula, or we got a chain casting skill similar to chain cylinder. However, the actual "magic rebalance" is barely better than magic is now (actually worse because a weaker IS/FB/HS doesn't make up for stronger TH/Fireball)
Frankly, all the skill does is allow non-mages to clear boss rooms in under 1 minute.

The skill is expected to deal 300,000 damage since that is one of the training requirements in the last ranks.
Meteor Storm:
- Deals 8200~12000 damage at r1.
- Continues to deal 1200 damage for 10 seconds.
Meteor Casting:
- Deal 300,000 damage to multiple enemies
- Attack dragons.
Of course that is the skill rank and we're not factoring in reforges, upgraded staffs, high int, magic mastery, or whatnot.
Also, what if we got a reforge... Meteor Strike lv.20 cooldown reduction... -1 minute per level? :Q

Not like other skillsets can't do the same damage with skills that have only a few seconds cooldown.

Considering the damage it does, at rank 1, it should be able to wipe out an entire lord spawn by itself... it will make caravan a bit easier.
