So, as we go through the stories, we are seeing Morrighan's true colors come out. She appears more cruel or power hungry, it is stated that she fears the races are becoming too strong. What do you think her plans are? To gain ultimate power? Will there be a fight between us and the goddess herself? Thoughts, discussion.

She just likes to mess around with things by using people/races but in turn doesn't want those people and races messing around with her.
If you pay attention to the story, she never once wants to do that 'world domination' or 'ultimate power' kind of thing. She just does a lot of crap that she later has to fix by being a douchebag.

It seems to me that you haven't gotten through the entire story yet.
She gives up and just lets us do whatever the fuck we want.
And then Macha returns so we have to deal with her, GG.

Well I reached G12. Haven't beaten it yet. But overall reading her back story, she was supposed to be our guardian, to love us etc. turns out we as milletians were just tools? Do you think she might try again and we may have to fight the goddess herself?

Morrighan, just like any other pivotal character in the storylines, is driven by her own ambitions and outlook. She has her own ideas on how to protect Erinn, and is easily threatened by anyone who challenges those ideas. She assumes the worst case scenario and decides it would be best to erase the threat entirely. If she hadn't jumped to the conclusion that the Milletian's gradual increase in power was something to be feared, she would realize she was merely cultivating a powerful ally. Cichol merely pointed out that Morrighan isn't altruistic or squeaky clean; that in no way suggests her to be evil, and you also have to take Cichol's words with a grain of salt because he has his own agenda as well.
She has a known history of not looking before she leaps. Opening the Soulstream and then later regretting it. Summoning Milletians and then being intimidated by their independence and limitless potential. Convincing Cichol to obliterate the Parthalonians and then turning on him because apparently being willing and able to obliterate an entire race makes you dangerous. Getting locked up and summoning the current Milletian to free her, only to freak out because the current Milletian, who she had asked to grow more powerful to help her, actually got more powerful. Just consider her to be a company supervisor who's bad at her job, rather than some evil mastermind.
What we have seen is that she doesn't always have our best interests at heart, but we have yet to learn why she behaves this way. Then again, we probably will never learn that. C4 is going to answer none of your questions, as it's more interested in writing off already established characters and replacing them with complete bs.

Her methods are using the Soulstream to achieve her ideals, taking over bodies of the innocent, tricking and manipulating others to reach her goals, backstabbing, and The Genocide of races.
I'm sure she isn't done yet.

It's funny, how hypocritical the gods/goddesss are. They all have selfishness in the aspect of control and being the primary power. Neamhain seemed relatively good and giving to the races of Iria until the wars started. Morrighan however seems to just use the humans as a tool, what is her big plan? I haven't completed the story, but we fought for her, yet as a goddess you would think she had some better plans than being so easily frightened by our increase in power. It's almost as Morrighan has a split personality and does not know which pathway to take.

Morrighan in a nutshell:
She behaves like a teenager
not good, not bad, just stupid and naive

In G16, she seals the soul stream yes? I just read the wiki about it and it says it is no longer a threat to Erinn. Does that story wise prevent us from re birthing? I'm confused on her future intentions on it and how the soul stream plans to work from here on.

She wanted to seal soulstream and eliminate milletians using Bella to stop the corruption that soulstream was spreading (which have seen as one of the possible G15 ending cutscenes), however instead of doing that Bella sacrificed herself/itself instead. Shakespeare returns to his world and goddess departs to Falias where she meets (or not, depends on how you finished your other generations) Nuadha and Cichol.

I'm really confused by that aspect as well. She just says that it won't do anymore harm. Why go through all this trouble?
Morrighan's brain is fucked up, period.
