  Not that they would. The people of North Korea are fiercely loyal to their leader for the most part. Those that aren't try and flee to South Korea or China.

  Say you are a N.Korean citizen, the strongest foreign power in the world is about to destroy your nation even though you haven't done anything. Now couple that with the fact US has been imposing economic sanction against your country making its economy crap. How would you react to the news they are about to kill you because they think your country could have the power to retaliate?

  It's more powerful than you think. If N.Korea sell its nuclear technology, everyone will have Nuke, and N.Korea will have boost in economy, it's going to halt the effect of sanction while giving the rest of the world a power US didn't want them to have.

  The people living in Pyongyang are actually aware and travel outside North Korea
  It's just that their view of other countries are distorted. They're shown that the United States is wrong from all the footage of homeless people living in the U.S.
  The North Koreans who don't live in Pyongyang are pretty much dead at this point.
