  Just wait it out eventually Shamala kills them if she attacks fast enough with high damage

  All I can say is that when I did that mission, my windmill didn't do 1 damage, and since multiple lycans spawned in a group, I was able to easily take out all but the one that Shamala kept healing. As for that one... It took a while, but you eventually get lucky enough to kill it. At some points, Shamala will actually managed to get it under half health, and if you try and steal it from her then, it can work.
  
  I have no idea why your windmill isn't doing damage though. A friend of mine also mentioned that their windmill did nothing... I honestly didn't believe them, but then again, Mabi has so many bugs it should hardly be surprising.

  Splat's a mage, so he likely hasn't trained any melee skills, including WM, so his physical damage is complete crap, so he'd either have to wait until Shamala gets lucky and doesn't proc the level up, the Lycan reaches the cap of leveling up (though that might just be a myth), or have Splat pet revolve the Lycans while Shamala distracts one.
  
  And Splat, before you ask, pet revolving is summoning one of your pets, have it load Smash and use it on the target, and then desummon it once the Smash connects, and repeat.

  my pets are dumb i tell them to load smash they do that when i right click the enemy and say attack with pet they run toward it and windmill, stare at it or use basic attack or it completely fails and the pet gets attacked 1st

  no cuz resets moment i mount my dragon to get it to use ice breath with out going to windmill durign middle of it

  If you are hitting 1 damage with windmill on those something must be glitched. I'd send in a ticket because I did Shamala with my elf when it had something like 80 strength and rank F windmill and had no issues with lycans.

  was in a duel when i was winning then they did doppleganger and said i cheated for useing counter and i was like WHATO_0
