  It's all up to luck, so I would believe neither...? There are times where you could get it on the first try, yet other times won't yield anything even after grinding your sanity doing so.

  A Security Certificate is what all Secure Domains require in order to be https. If a domain does not have a valid security certificate then the browser will either reject the connection or will give you a prompt asking if you want to go to the site.
  
  I'm not really sure what the fix is for, but if you aren't experiencing the problem, then you don't need to worry about it.

  Seems related to the Cash Shop. Cash Shop is using secure domain with an old invalid certificate to handle credit card information and stuff which is causing issues.

  Because it would become to cluttered if every semi-related topic was on one page. The entire Wiki would be one long page, either way its just one click so its not too bad.
