  It's not particularly easy to get a hairstyle for girls that innately looks intimidating or scary.

  Honestly, the only thing remotely intimidating is the wig + eye combo, but that's mostly because the eyes are red, and the wig is a very muted, gray color. As for shoes, your best bet is probably something simple with heels, like these. Anything not girlish, and contributing to a confident look can possibly work.
  
  Lose the wand. It detracts from the look you're going for severely.
  
  The clothing and shield aren't exactly helping the outfit either.
  
  
  
  Don't even consider anything with a bright color. It needs to all be tending towards muted neutrals, and your best option are gray-ish colors. This way, the red eyes stand out.
