  Out of that skill page I'd say Thunder is one of your lowest priorities.
  Also if you have a perfect reset capsule I might take away fusion bolt for now until you get the others in line.
  
  You should finish magic weapon mastery for obvious reasons.
  Pheal and Heal are amazing int.
  And get that last rank of magic mastery.
  FB is probably your most important int magic (and also good int), especially to snapcast.
  Lightning Rod is your most OP damage dealer. Max it.
  Inspiration will make sure you never OOM.
  Unless you're firebolting in which case get that meditation up.
  IS is also great int magic
  Also meteor, even if just for int, but even more especially for master title.

  Thunder gives you no intelligence directly, and unless you find yourself doing rafting or are in need of damage quicker than IS or Fireball, speed rather than efficient+high damage, thunder doesn't really do altogether too much. If you yourself find it useful, you can bump it up the list before int stacking and more important skills, but there's a pretty good chance of not.

  Lightning rod is the most OP. Storm the crap out of that. Throwing a few I/L single fusions between cooldowns should be a "stormy" enough feel while you stay powerful (but seriously if you are able to reset, don't bother with the fusion bolt mastery until much later. It's a small bonus for a HUGE AP cost).
  
  
  Thunder really is mainly for rafting, and rare cheese scenarios (using barrier spikes to chain through walls and obstacles onto a mob that can't hit you back. Alban occasionally allows this). The shorter delay from renovation means Thunder is not even a good stunlock anymore. (plus now that you can attack ISed mobs that works a lot bette for it). Last, the mana cost of single charge thunder spam is never worth it.
  
  IS->FB and IS->LR are valid combos now, which is why I recommended them.

  Same way as other things. If you have nice bard skills you can make a party and then use Fantastic Chorus to make the green circle and give it fast MP regen.

  On the walling side tho, did you know if you log in AS your alpaca and party with someone, you can right click yourself and enable shearing for them? Good way to donate the normally untradeable wool goodies to f2p friends.
