What is more worth it in a computer for gaming?

  why would you want crossfire/sli in a laptop in the first place? You're generally better off just getting a single higher end GPU and not putting up with game incompatibility and microstutter.

  The same reason why people get crossfire/SLI in desktop builds

  Riiight but unless you're already running a top end GPU, you'll get more performance out of just buying a higher end single card on average. Which is why on desktop builds i don't recommend crossfire/SLI unless they're already pushing $1500+ (which would make it $2000+ on a laptop)

  4GB should be okay. It's the GPU that tends to bottle neck.
