Question about this laptop

I plan on buying the Lenovo Y500 that has Dual Nvidia GT 650M Graphics in SLI. I was wondering if it will be able to run future games like Blade and Soul, etc. I don't need them maxed out I just want to know if I will be able to run them at Medium settings.

(I plan on adding a mSATA to it because I'm not buying the version that comes with a 16gb one so there will be an open slot to add 256gb)

I also might consider changing the hard drive.

It should do fairly well but be careful about power on that thing. First issue is it will probably suck your battery dry really fast.
Second and more important issue is it probably underclocks the graphics a whole lot when not plugged in to try and make it last longer on battery.

I will mostly be using it plugged in and I saw how it doesn't work good when it isn't plugged in. Thanks for the help.

SLI sucks, and it sucks even more on a laptop. It's not power and heat efficient compared to the performance increase you get. I'd rather get something with a more powerful single GPU, if you really want a "gaming" laptop..

My limit is only 1000 dollars.
