Dreadfully slow WiFi?

  So my laptop is having issues with WiFi for some reason, all other devices which use WiFi aren't slow as shit like my laptop.
  
  We recently upgraded our Internet and it's fast and all but my laptop is still slow? I ran a speedtest and it's really slow, 0.55 for the download speed.
  
  As I said every other device that use WiFi is fine and speedy it seems like it's just my laptop. Also to note my laptop is working fine but when it comes to Internet and playing games and stuff like that it's dreadfully slow (like how fast websites slow).
  
  Any solutions? :T

  How's the speed with a cable? Your wifi card is probably damaged(?)
