I doubt they would remake the first 2 in this style of character development and such.

The original EO was meant to emulate the old school hardcore RPGs where you had a nameless character with little to no background so that you could act out and imagine how they would be like.

You do realize Millennium Maiden is a remake of the first EO with an emphasis on story, right? I was talking about 2 and 3.

There's still classic mode in the game for those who want to play the original style.
