Will it run Mabi?

  My fiance wants to start playing mabi again, but she hasn't got a computer of any form (except a Tablet... lol..). I'm pretty uneducated when it comes to what graphics are needed for what, and what is better than what (I'm confused...)
  
  ANYWAY, I found a cheap Desktop for her on eBay (<-clickie). Would it actually run Mabi? I don't mind too much about performance, I can always upgrade a few things to make it run better.
  The graphics are a simple "intel chipset GMA 3100 128mb on-board" thing. Whatever that actually is. I know Mabi needs Pixel Shaders, but I can't find information on this chipset...
  
  If this can't, you now know my price-aim, could you suggest something that would work? D:

  If it's specifically for Mabi, the second one looks nice, it's a bit faster than the third one. But if not, then the third one is a little slower but has much more hard drive (Memory) space.
