Internet Cutting Out

Whenever I restart my computer, it seems to have trouble connecting via DNS to websites. It will work for awhile, but then it'll start screwing up. It'll then disconnect me constantly and then reconnect.
I'll eventually have to shut it down and wait a bit before turning my computer back on to fix it.
Sometimes, if I try and connect and reconnect manually too many times, the network and sharing center will just freeze up.

It's annoying and I'd love to see what the problem is.

Funnily enough, my Adapter went out yesterday.
