  I don't play that way. Otherwise I wouldn't have time for things like holy water (money-earning) and skill training outside dungeon (e.g. fishing and enchant).

  I don't play that way either, I just ego feed and chop wood for friends, but I'm just pointing out that with dedication it's easy to level up your characters.
