[Mabinogi] Soul Star (Bard) Hero - Diva



If you wrote something in the 4th line "voice" part of the scroll means you can sing and play the instrument at the same time.

Also, if you choose to sing without a mic, you can only do default songs.

DevCat may be planning to add more octaves and more voices in the future.

    From the few videos I watched there seem to be a distinct lack of comprehensible vocals. Sure, it's a sound that's produced by a human, but I'm not hearing lyrics of any language. I guess the question is really: are these vocals going to be anything more than an annoyance that should be turned off forever?

    Does sing only get that 15% bonus at rank 1 IF you have a mic out? Also, dat title is kinda lacking... Sure it's +3 to everything but..eeeeh...seems like it should at least give either some stats or +10 seconds or something. N-Not to sound like I'm complaining that much. XD;;

    If that's what Chorus does then is our info on putting down other bard buffs wrong? On Gameabout I see a Red and a Green circle, but for Hymn of life the image shows an orange circle. With the other image not working for me...*shrugs*

    when Tsukuyomai says Equip a mic it just means you learn the skill by equipping mic, it's also 15 music buff, not 15 percent and i believe it only applies when you are singing, but it seems you don't need a mic to sing at higher ranks

    and Tsukuyomai is also mistaken about what the Chorus does, when you see the picture about "Hymn of life" it's clearly just enduring melody. so chorus does lets you put all the bard buffs in circles, and the color of the circles is determined by the success of the song i believe, ie marvelous, hunting

    You can sing without a mic after rank 5. I'm just hoping you still don't get the skills extra buff to the bard skills if you sing without a mic.

    *shrugs* I shouldn't completely trust gameabout for everything just like I shouldn't trust the wiki for everything, but translating their effects for the skill only talks about Ode sigh and Hymn of life, and enduring melody does nothing for HP regen, but Hymn of life does.

    But are you able to sing with a weapon in your hand?
    If so, is there penalties associated with singing without a mic or instrument?
