Monster CP calculator updated

  The monster CP calculator has been updated with the list of monsters found on the mabiworld wiki article for combat power:

  That list doesn't include shadow missions mobs, and it looks like a lot of that info is missing on the wiki (especially since each level of shadowm ission has it's own CP for each version of the mob), so I won't be including that data in the calculator until there's a proper list I can work with.
  
  
  Next on my list to update is the CP calculator.
  The original design for it was made back when there was only combat, magic and life skills available, so I think it's time for a complete re-do.

  I'll add the ones that are completed to the database when I get a chance to.
  I'm also guessing some are not applicable for Elite mode, I'll probably get it right for the mainstream quest bosses but if you or someone else could put an N/A or other indication for those it would help avoid false data on the calculator.

  I could have all empty fields show up as N/A until somebody fills them in.
  Theatre Mission monsters also have no CP for Elite. (They were also in that list)

  For the record, I went on some research, and the buff to HP that was once done, looks like:
  
  Basic = x1.0
  Int = x2.2
  Adv = x4.5
  Hard = x9.2
  Elite = x???
  
  (I have yet to figure out Elite, yeah...)

  Like the Snow Troll.
  There's the regular Snow Troll (1000 CP), the Fortinbras Expedition Snow Troll(1200 CP), and then Fortinbras has a second type of Snow Troll(not giant) with 1700 CP. ;-;

  I'm helping myself in the long run. The sooner the list is complete the sooner Osay can update the calculator and the less time I have to spend searching for monsters with the right amount of CP. 8D
  I filled in almost all the theater mission mobs yesterday and a few SM ones, so today I'll probably work entirely on SMs.
