She's been on JP's web shop for the past several weeks, at least, and
TW got the outfit from a summer character card in 2012.
It has two idle animations. One is a bit flaunty, the other has a hand on the hip and adjusts the left hip accessory.

My concern is whether or not the slightly different commerce partner would be different enough from the current commerce partner when considering partner dailies (like how maid, butler and current commerce partner are all in their own daily categories). The potential for two 250k dailies that each take all of 3 seconds to complete would be <3.
Edit: Also, still waiting on that Craftsman Partner, JP! Make it already! With 99% weapon repairs that include wands and cylinders!

This one gives you a speed boost or something? Can I get confirmation on something different about this one compared to the old one besides looks?
As is, I can summon my partner, get the goods, and then desummon her the moment I leave the trading post and it won't affect the inventory of the trading. So having more than 1 is kind of pointless for me in that regard.
