Does using these higher grade firewood have an effect on campfire (recovery rate, enchant burn success rate)? How about using higher grade firewood on the old furnaces in Vales/Filia?

Well, I know it makes the enchant burn higher.
It probably has no effect on the furnaces...

well, it kinda makes sense... higher grade firewood would mean that fire has more efficient fuel to burn through and thus fire will burn faster and hotter

well that depends on what you are making, you wouldn't want a fast burning fire for cooking do you?

YES!!! This will make refine a little bit easier...
-
Xhyros wrote on 2010-08-12 22:54
Does that mean finest would be even better at lowering the success rate?!
-
paladin wrote on 2010-08-13 02:24
Id guess
But it still helps refine alot

First, grammar.
Second, it totally depends on what you're cooking. Some foods require a faster fire.
Third, we are talking about refining. In real life it would make success rates go up.

That's a pretty big hassle to just go to the Logging Camp for -% wood, then go to Filia/Vales... unless you're an Elf/Giant.
