  Perhaps by utilizing the monkey thought translator I put on Steve, we may be able to translate the incoherent words of the post in question into clearer language.   OOC: Basically, if you already have a badge and you change characters, you won't be awarded another one for the time being. This could change, though. If you don't have a badge yet and you change characters, then you have to start working up to your badge again from scratch.
