[WIP] Generation 18 Enchant List

  Defense Junior only goes on heavy armors.
  
  Also, there's other enchants:
  Assault (rank 9 suffix, enabled regardless)
  Crit 8 increase when shooting rush rank 3+
  Enabled on clothes, armors, hand hear and foot gear
  Drops from: Carnivorous plant at ecology district, as a scroll
  
  Rookie (rank c prefix)
  Min damage 1~3 increase
  When dual gun mastery rank B+, max damage 5~8 increase
  Enabled on dual guns
  Drops from: Rabbits from sulien ecology district, unspecified monster from heulwyn mines, both as a scroll
  
  Camouflage (rank 9 suffix, enabled regardless)
  When dual gun mastery rank 3+, max damage 3~9 increase
  Enabled on clothes, armors, hand gears, and foot gears (seems like a decent replacement of back-breaking)
  Drops from: Emeral Bison in Heulwyn mines (scroll)
  
  Veteran (rank 9 prefix, enabled regardless)
  When dual gun mastery rank 7+, min damage 2~5 increase
  When closure rank 5+, max damage 5~10 increase
  10% repair cost increase
  Enabled on dual guns
  Drops from: Emerald shrieker in Heulwyn mines (scroll)
  
  Poacher's (rank 7 suffix, enabled regarless)
  When Sulien ecology rank 3+, dex 8~15 increase
  When Sulien ecology rank 5+, crit 15 increase
  Luck 20 decrease (basically suffix version of vine)
  Poisoned (?) sasquatch in sulien ecology district (scroll)

  Fun Trivia: We were supposed to release this at a much later time, since technically it's a Work In Progress thread, but because tropacat jumped the gun, we had to released what we had so far. xD Hope everyone enjoys this.

  That would be such a great gun, it's be back-breaking to use.

  And to save time for you KR testers, there's a ridiculously complete Korean enchant database, that's where I get my enchants info from. They've all been tested and reported.

  The only problem is that you have to translate it, and few enchants don't have the drop location specified.
