Idk how helpful this will be, I didn't find the dungeon difficult. It's probably just overrated.
Recommended:
High rank of a skill that does a lot of damage at once (CC Firebolt/smash/magnum)
Transformation (if not, HP pots are a must)
high ranked windmill (not too important, damage is not important for this either)
The Basics of the Pancakes of Love Recipe:
*If you don't know already, the recipe is 13 flour, 7 eggs, and 9 fruit (those things that look like cherries). To cook something, you have to kill it on the red circle. The edge of the circle usually doesn't count.
*The ingredients, and silverware will spawn. In normal cooking dungeon, I know sewer rats spawn, but you shouldn't see one appear here.
*You can see how many ingredients you've already finished at the top right hand corner. Stupid me tallying down the ingredients on a piece of paper before I noticed it.
*Don't kill the silverware on the red circle. QQ You'll fail.
*You have 7 minutes. If you go over by more than 15 seconds, you've pretty much failed. Click the fork to finish.
*You can deviate by about 1 for any one of the ingredients. For example, if you get 14 flour, 8 eggs, and 9 fruit, but still finish at 7:00, you'll pass.
Edit:
The recipe is a bit more leient. I passed with 12 Fruit instead of 9. Flour was spot on, and I went over by 1 with Eggs.
*You can only do 1 damage to any of the ingredients until they are hit with a giant cooking utensil. Glewyas has one equipped by default, and if you kill silverware (once again, not on the red circle!), a cooking knife will drop which you can equip to smack around your food. Cooking utensils have huge splash, but crappy damage.
Strategy:
You basically want the cooking knife as fast as possible.
However, the silverware that drops the epic knife does not spawn until around 2:00.
In the beginning, just lure everything to Glewyas so he can de-immunize them. Ranged is good here. Don't overkill ingredients. You don't want to end up with 29 fruit and nothing else.
After the silverware spawns, kill it ASAP. It does high damage, which can potentially kill Glewyas. And you. I'd estimate it has about 1.1k-1.2k HP.
Pick up the cooking knife.
The principle here is that you want to spend as much time killing as possible, and as little time de-immunizing. Leave that to Glewyas.
Regardless of what happens, always hit the fork before 7:30. Cooking time is significantly more important than ingredients. (As you can see from the successes down at the bottom.)
So hit stuff once or twice with the knife, and then run to Glewyas. Lure as much food in his direction as possible. And once it gets there, just start killing what's available. Once you have a load of food piled up in one place, high-ranked smash's splash gets epic. Windmill can also work, but you'll kill a large portion of the food off the red circle, depending on your position.
If you finish ahead of time, just stay idle until 6:45-7:00. Not sure if finishing too far ahead of time is allowed.
Tips/Other Advice:
If Glewyas has walled one of the ingredients and keeps hitting it, kill it immediately to prevent him from idling there. You can't have him focused on that one ingredient the whole time.
Magnum shot and CC Firebolt seem to be better in control than Smash because it's easier to predict where the monster will land. For smash, it has to do with which direction you approached as well as which direction you smash it in.
Don't get addicted to the ridiculous splash of the cooking knife. :XD:
Final hit is a quick way to kill many ingredients at once and also teleport quickly, and be immune to knockbacks. Just make sure you aim at the red area. It's also a good way to lure before you get a cooking knife. (2 daggers + hit every ingredient once = win)
Elven magic missile / fullswing is overkill, once the ingredient's protection has been lowered.
After one hit, the protection decrease is quite pathetic. Maybe from 100 to 93 or something. After 2-3 hits, it goes down to about 60-70, and after a few more, 0.
Evasion can be helpful in dodging those annoying bolts. (The real question is, where did your food learn magic...)
From Keiko: having an empty weapon slot helps when you pick up the cooking knife, as it goes directly there. (For example, put 2 swords in the main slot, and just a shield in the auxiliary slot).

This might help if i suck at explaining.
This concludes the guide. Any helpful criticism will be appreciated. "U sux at life" will not.
Edit 2: It seems that the requirements allow a lot of leeway, in both directions. However, since the cooking dungeon also grades the ratio of the ingredients, that's probably important. If you get 9 flour, 12 berries, and 10 eggs, I don't think you'll pass. Ratio has to remain the same, though that's pretty flexible too. @_@
Cooking dungeon nerf maybe? I remember that foreign players commented on its difficulty.
Successful Combos:
(Me) 13 flour - 8 eggs - 9 fruit - 6:45
(Keiko) 13 flour - 8 eggs - 12 fruit - ? Time
(NewbieNub) 15 flour - 5 eggs - 10 fruit - 7:15 - Silverware killed on red area
(Karmel) 9 flour - 5 eggs - 5 fruit - ? Time
(Phunkie) 9 flour - 5 eggs - 5 fruit - <7 minutes
