Awesome software, 'nuff said.
Why were you disappointed?

I mean the updated features and software were cool but no new nexus 7 announced. They also didn't announce the next nexus phone except say that the S4 pure android was their next phone.

Oh, I see. Well, I'm in no hurry to get a new phone. It would actually be better for us if companies focused more on optimizing the software, rather than tempting us to buy a new phone every year (or less).

It's a software developer convention by definition and tradition. Last year introduced consumer hardware and was cool and all, but I expect the whole new Nexus line to be released all at once later this year at some different event.

Also disappointed for phone stuff, I'm starting to give in to the whole mobile phone thing since I'm starting to need my email more and more 24/7. I want an android for sure and I don't want something our local providers would have had their grubby hands on (some android phones are several versions behind if you use official provider phones... it's retarded) so I'm really looking to Google to provide them directly. Glad they're going in that direction but hoping for more.... they did buy Motorola after all.
