Watching this video makes me sad. It looks like they're a chicken with their head cut off; they constantly use summon pets, get hit, and fail to execute attacks despite having virtually no lag and relatively tame aggro. The video is long for a single orb of shadow wizard, even though there is a fair amount of criticals.

It's not all bad though, 4000 firebolts in elite is promising. It begs the question, how much magic defense and magic protection do mobs have?
