They added lock icons for expired VIP Tab and Style Tab. For whatever reason, they were missing before.
I have yet to notice anything else, probably just some typos/untranslated stuff.

^The homestead leaves were added. When you delete certain items, you get them back as homestead leaves. You can then use them to put whatever you deleted back. (I know houses/mansions you don't get back for sure, though). The leaves are untranslated but they still work as intended.
