Soo there's this nice plugin I am using for TS3, and recently they got an update that allowed radio effects. You can adjust settings or activate it individually for your main channel, whisper, and others.
It's called CrossTalk and you can get it here. Yes, this means you can have that with ANY game now, not just ArmA2.
