• Chain cylinder Watercannon adds 10% to Water instead of 2%.
• Chain cylinder Flameburst adds 10% to Fire instead of 2%.
• Charging Watercannon or Flameburest will not add %, it will always stay 2%.
Since we gain 150 HP/MP/SP when the meters are filled, I have reason to believe we gain 0.375 HP/MP/SP for every 1%, I could be wrong though.
I just found this interesting, Alchemists get stronger the more times they use skills.
