Regarding Cylinder Pressure Building

I forgot where, but I read somewhere earlier that they had made a change to how pressure builds in cylinder. Any news on that or did I miss it in the forums?

Cylinder pressure for heat buster I believe lasts longer. I think somewhere between 1~5 minutes, but I forgot exactly the timing. All I remember was that it held pressure for quite a while.

And does it make any difference on the amount of times we can use Wind blast and Sand burst?
