There's no spin-offs, that's just Square Enix's way of trying to create a better story by complicating it more instead of making it better.
Yeah, that's what i thought.
Not really complicating as they have been answering a lot of questions with the last few games. Though they have made more questions as they go on. I think they are also trying to build their characters more and give them more back story.
The only thing bad about it, and what makes it confusing is that players cannot all afford these different consoles for just one game. And sometimes that particular game doesn't justify getting a new console. Such as Dream Drop Distance. It wasn't as interesting or as fun as past releases, and I felt it get a little boring in some places.
Though I've been a fan of kingdom hearts since it was released out here in the U.s and it Kind of introduced me to gaming and Anime though I'm kinda casualish when it comes to both.
if we're talking KH 1.5 HD remix it's KH1, CoM and 358/2 Days
I feel bad for everyone who hasn't played 358/2 days because it introduces a character who is probs the best in the entire franchise
A friend tried explaining the series to me. It was fucking confusing.
There's like 3 ansems and 3 xenahorts, ect. He tried his best explaining it but it was the most confusing plot I've heard.
It's just another example of "Guys, let's make a game with a deep story. And the only way to do that is to complicate shit."
358/2 is just HD cutscenes.
Then sucks, I've played them all and the story isn't much to swallow imo. It doesn't sound like you have played them all or any but that's understandable. To each, their own.
But I played all of them except BBS and DDD, you dolt.
