New magic skills question

Instant Cast reduces the cooldown. I don't know how significant this is.

On a completely unrelated note, the field boss renewal also increases the health of certain enemies. We knew that the number of hits no longer claims the finish (not that it's terribly important any more) but i'll also remind people that you cannot summon pets in the boss area.
