Anyone seen it? I was looking through the list of animes and "new" HunterxHunter poped up, I was curious because they already made an anime, and then some high quality episodes for greed island. But this is like a reboot.
The animation is leagues above the original series, and they took out some of the disturbing scenes during the hunter exam, which were in the manga to begin with. The animation quality and fight scenes are a lot better this time around, but they also cleaned up all the gores and blood, you no longer see things like decapitation and such.
If you have seen the new one, tell me what do you think of it?

Thread like 2 years ago when it first aired but because nation doesn't really care about it, I kinda just stopped caring to post in it. I'm still watching it. Chimera Ant is going strong. I've heard they added filler content or at least things not in the manga, but they're good things, like Kite fighting the horseant guy.
Can already guess what'll happen base on the opening.
