  Silly person, moddings how the games meant to be played, or rather it was made without anti-aliasing fonts but nexon NA added them here only, while modding is allowed and endorsed elsewhere by the rest of the nexon areas, such as TW. Besides it takes like 3GB of RAM and a pretty nice processor to have the game run RIGHT because the game was made horribly, 2003's release must have been ungodly laggy...
  
  And internet lag wise, stop torrenting or stop using dial-up.

  Well, my ISP has really bad service in my area, we had to change cable providers because it was interfering with our internet, and we have to pay a lot since now only one company supports tv in this area at all.
  
  Also, our internet is very choppy sometimes, it can go from 0.5mb/s to 7mb/s, 5ping to 2000+ ping.

  Don't forget to turn off the "Use Skill Cam" option under the Game/Control Tab.
