Not to be cynical, but that kinda goes to shownyou the state of the game currently, and at this rate, it would be another year or so before those changes even hit KR. There's not much content left in NA, and the bullshit for Nexon tolerance i believe is lower in NA.

Actually, not correct. I just sent the rough translation, and many of these updates are for this summer, and/or towards the end of the summer.
It's mostly content update for generations and stuff. Sadly there might not be combat tweaks... yet.

Oh. I am moderately interested and amused now. Thank you!

Is the music tone patch all inclusive, or did they just do a few instruments?
I was given an mxspirits file, but it only includes the lute, uke, mando, whistle, and flute to my knowledge.

I believe they only did it to a few instruments. Not 100% sure on this though but I think I read that somewhere. The coupon to exchange an instrument for the "festival" version of it costs 50k.

And you use the exact same coupon to un-festival it?

Just so you know I wouldn't use it on in instrument you have enchanted/reforged/dyed. It appears to remove the old one from your inventory completely and give you a completely new one with new colors. Just as an FYI.
As for your question, once you festival an instrument, it is festival for eternity. The only way to un-festival it is to buy a new one :P It's a one way instrument transformation. You can't go back in the other direction.
Also once you use the coupon it's consumed so even if you could it wouldn't be cost effective due to the whole, your old instrument is gone deal.

What? Colors aren't even carried on? Well that just killed the enthusiasm for me, what's the point of making it a coupon? Why not just sell the instruments individually?

From what I read on a google translation, seems like theres a plan for revamping housing, and the person interviewed says that the housing system is more of a substitution for a trading system that we lack in game, so they plan to implement a new one? That's what stuck out to me.
I don't see anything about egos :(
Nope, google translate is just being dumb. It briefly talked about trading system in general, and they mentioned that they'll try to implement more ways for "safe trading".
And yeah, nothing about egos. Yet. Who knows, maybe they'll do something later in the next chapter.

Not sure if this question belongs here, but it seems like it kind of does.
Where do you guys usually find information for enchants not released on our server, or are released, but not in the NA wiki yet. Is there a KR or JP database? A KR or JP blog? Another source? I'm specifically looking for the enchants released with the Ninja update and I tried using the JP enchant database, but I dont know if I'm using the right one or if its outdated or if theres a blog/website that is better for this kind of stuff.

There's an in data file with all the text from enchants, but that doesn't mean the enchants in there are actually ingame or if they are, where they come from.
There are korean/japanese enchant databases but I personally don't use them.

JP has the one that's updated to Ninja content, so that actually may be more relevant for us.
The Korean one, on the other hand, has the stuff from the recent events and SAO stuff, if you're into those things. I personally used Korean one to get ahold of enchants beforehand, but since they don't have Ninja, not really the case anymore, as the Ninja enchants are not in this one.

I heard that the lessen mana usage from the transmutation talent factors into the mana reduction set effect in foreign servers, is this accurate or is it broken on all servers?

Wonder if that's upcoming weapons for the Chapter 6 stuff due next week. As far as I'm aware those currently don't exist on KR
