With G11 here, party healing is uncapped!
But it's also changed!
Now it uses a lot of mana and uses one BIG heal as opposed to 5 small ones!
This makes it harder to train in a normal method unless you use potions. :<
But have no fear!
This mini-guide should help you train up this nice skill rather easily, provided you have friends to help you!

Contrary to what it says on the wiki, you do NOT need to be in deadly to get training exp. Critical HP, that is <20% Max HP, is sufficient to train party healing. (Be aware that I'm only sure about the critical HP part for ranks 6~1 since I can't remember before that rank.)
Starting Out.
This Guide is very general. As is, it should work for every rank of this skill.
What You'll need....
At least THREE people.
This training method takes advantage of Elf v Giant pvp.
CONNOUS ARENA DOESN'T TRAIN HEALING, SO SORRY!
You'll need 1 person to be on your side of the E v G and one on the opposite. It's recommended the opposing person can hurt you all really badly since Party Healing heals a lot and you need to be in critical health OR in deadly. (Or at least it doesn't need deadly heals up to r3).
Since you need 3 people in critical health to heal for the best exp you can either have a pet on your side to act as the 3rd person or hurt the person hurting you and have everyone in the same party, or just get a 3rd person for your team, but you can all be in the same party so you can heal everyone. Don't get killed. Make sure everyone taking hits has over 50% max hp when they do get hit. This will ensure they go deadly instead of dying.
Next Important Item
MANA TUNNEL.
With this skills high MP consumption, you'll want to be near one of these babies.
BUT since you'll have EvG pvp on, you'll want to be at a remote mana tunnel to avoid... mishaps.
Daytime is the best time to do this as the mana tunnel will be OPEN xD
Also recommended, a Tikka Wood Healing Wand upgraded with -45% MP Usage.
This helps higher ranks of Party Healing stay within the range of the Mana Tunnel's restoration rate.
Once you get everything setup, it should look KIND OF like this badly painted MASTERPIECE here...

Have the attacker (Red) hit all 3 on your team with a non-wounding high damage area attack like Windmill or Fireball.
Afterwards Heal up using party heal. Make sure EVERYONE on your team has over 50% max HP.
Keep doing this and you should have little trouble training up Party Healing ^o^

Ah, well that's basically it, I think.
Just a mini-guide on how to use the PvP system in a more helpful manner. xD
I hope this works as well for other people as it did for me!
+Rep if this isn't a totally useless guide xD
Or if you love my paint skillz o3o
