Hire more staff

  Ashi is not here right now BUT I think she's made it clear that you need more help
  I don't see how adding more staff would bring anything negative our way, if anything it should lighten the load on you guys some.

  There won't be more staff if no one applies, though.
  Most people seemed to be rather hesitant to apply for Super Mod.
  (I forgot what the "Super" was for)

  It means they have to check all the forums instead of just 1. I was hesitant to apply but Claudia convinced me to give it a shot. I don't think I'll get picked and I'm sure if I did, there would be a lot of opposition to it I feel.

  As a matter of fact, I sent in an application too, but I didn't know what to write so it ended up looking like an entire Curriculum Vitae. I expect some opposition too.

  It's mainly because of... being unbiased and being affable i suppose.
  
  I only applied because of the bureaucratic work involved.

  You know, it's quite funny - because I was/am hesitating to send in an application because of the same reason.
  
  But after thinking about it for a while ... the decision is made via the Moderation staff - not necessarily the userbase. So I mean, we have to trust in the Staff's decision as to whom will be a Super Mod - even if we do not like the people that were chosen.

  I think among the current active members, there is pretty much no one that would be unwanted.
  At least from my perspective, everyone seems to get along pretty well.

  I offered my services but I have no idea how to properly apply. I asked questions but I just got a half troll reply, so I assume that I don't meet the requirement o-o. Is it as simple as just saying. "I want to apply"?
