  I know it's not much of an achievement to most people, but I recently purchased a new house in my favourite housing area, Dugald! I've been trying to get a house there for a while so i'm really happy! As a result, i'm putting everything on sale, with prices of up to 50% off!

  Managing my friends list is hard for me so please don't add me unless you have no other way possible - I would greatly prefer a note or a post in this thread. I do delete people if they do add me after business transactions - Please don't take this personally! I've had more then one complaint about this.   I could cook a lot of food for hot spring monkeys for the Unknown Song Vol II... But I usually sell those for 500K-750K (I think the highest I've sold them for was 1million, twice).
  
  If you don't want it right away, I can start cooking lazily for one. My cooking tools have been reforged so I rarely ever get below 4 star food unless I goof the cooking proportions significantly.
