[Mabi] Sound Bug: Mabinogi interferes with sound coming from other applications

This started happening after last night's patch. Whenever I have Mabinogi open, all other non-windows sound is muted (Examples: Skype message tone, youtube videos). I checked the sound mixer and everything is at equal levels. Is this just a problem with my hardware or is anyone else experiencing this bug?
