[Mabi] Sudden closing

Since the update my game has just been closing for no reason at all. Like during cut scenes or if I try to use the mail box. Any way I can fix this. I have tried to re-install, re-install using steam, and re-install using 7zip. Anything else I can do and I am using windows at. Please don't say get windows 7 or something like that because I don't have the money or sail the seven seas for that stuff anymore. Here is a video just to show what I mean.

All i can say is, send a ticket. The recent patch had a lot of bugs; i know that theres one cut-scene in particular, the one where akule is showing me the mines, that wont let me skip it, and if i try, when the cut-scene finished, i cant click on anything besides npcs.

Just send a ticket and hope they fix the various bugs right now, because there are a LOT of bugs right now.
