Staff Changes

  Lately there have been a number of inactive staff, so we're going to be making a few changes to the staff.
  
  Juno has been quite inactive as an admin, so we'll have to let him go for the time being. We'll always be willing to have Juno back on the team whenever he is sure he can actively participate again. He's been pregnant for far too long.
  
  Now for the following moderators, they've all been inactive or almost inactive for about half a year. But after mentions of decreased staff activity, they've become active again. That's great, but I can't exactly let that mean everyone is staying on board.
  
  Kaeporo has a legitimate excuse for not being able to participate in staff work, but that actually means we have no reason to keep him on board. We'll also welcome him back whenever he is feeling fully available.
  
  Invertex has been mostly dead, popping up every now and then. No response to my staff activity call thread either. Sorry, we're going to let you go.
  
  EndlessDreams came back from a 6 month disappearance period and started to moderate lately. We were pretty set on letting them go as well, but seeing as how they've started to become active, we'll just see how things go for now.
  
  Lesser Moderator Cannibal will be voluntarily stepping down soonâ„¢.
  
  Now for our new staff, I'm quite happy to announce our new moderator will be Skochiya. We had a large number of great applications, and its gotten to the point where I couldn't make a decision without ruling someone who is equally qualified out. That said, please don't take offense to those who weren't chosen; many of you were just as qualified.
  
  [S]Since our Lesser Moderator is resigning, we needed someone else to suck dick, and since Sanae a slut, the result of this selection was very obvious.[/S] After reviewing Skochiya's posts, it became very evident that he was always willing to be helpful and almost never collided in conflict with other members or act out aggressively. Some of you may be concerned about his join date, but I do not believe such issues matter greatly, and may even help in the job through neutrality. Please give our newest moderator a good welcoming.
  
  For the time being, I don't feel it necessary to hire additional staff. Though we lost 4 of them, 3 of them were inactive to the point where there will actually be no difference. Cannibal hasn't been too actively lately either, so this may actually increase staff activity enough. If we need more help, I'll be willing to look through the previous applications and pick someone out.

  It's a shame that work controls my schedule but that's not going to ease up anytime soon (especially since I just put on Staff Sergeant and got moved up to engineering). I can continue to address forum violations through the report system, so i'm not terribly concerned about things getting too out of hand.
