I've had both for a long time but I heard having more than one of computer cleaners or w/e its called is bad.
Is either better than one another, or should I keep both?

Past XP, those programs tend to not give you much benefit at best, and they can screw things up in the worst case scenario. I wouldn't use either one. :P
I dunno how those programs work, so I can't comment with 100% certainty, but in general it's antivirus software that you don't want to run multiple copies of, as they both try to take over the system in order to protect it. System optimization software is usually not nearly as invasive, so it's less likely to interfere with each other.

I'm Windows 7. But if they tend to screw up, then what do you use?

Those programs aren't antivirus systems, they're "PC Cleanup" programs. Essentially, their function is to centralize tasks that clean up a computer that aren't easy for the average user to do into one place, such as junk file removal, defragmentation, etc.
After using both, I recommend Auslogics.

What should I do with Advanced Systemcare?

I believe you misread what I wrote!
Windows 7 defragments drives automatically, just FYI. The other benefits those programs supposedly provide are likely redundant as well.
