"You cannot log in (3)"

  I wanted to change to Channel 3 cause my friend invited me to something, so when I went to Ch3, I lagged and got a Hackshield error. I was like, "Sure, I can restart Mabi." So I did. Then I get back on, and enter my information. It brings me to the secondary password thing, but this time it says "You must enter in a secondary password." I did. Then it says "You cannot log in (3)". That meaning three tries, right? I thought I just got it wrong. So then I did it again. I was expecting (2), but it was (3). I shut down Mabi thrice and it's still doing it to me D:
