I often go to Newegg.com for parts and assemble computers from parts. Around two years back, I spent like under 300 dollars on all the parts, and it ran Mabinogi just fine except in like desert dragon where everyone in the server comes. Nowadays, with spending less than 300 dollars, you can get a much better computer than that.
Pre-made computers nowadays "should" can run Mabinogi just fine in doing most things there. It might cost you a little more for that convenience. Mabinogi is a pretty old game, and the requirements for it isn't is nowhere as heavy as some of the FPS games out there.
