I calculated it out and I'm expected to fail at least 67 times on recipe synthesis.
So, what's the best recipe for failure and is easy enough to get? R1 mastery makes it difficult for me to fail that much.
Rank C synthesis success on mandrakes is like 62% on normal days. I was planning to do all the Rank B success requirements on Samhain, so I need something else for the planned failures.

Dorren's request crystal thing has a pretty low success rate. You could try that I guess?

I think not fixed synthesis are lower than any fixed formula except dorren.
By the way, could you do the fixed formulas that is higher than your rank like advanced mana preservation stone and take 0% from that?

We do have a synth guide located in my siggy.

It's not helping with the failures part. That guide was more for people with average Alchemy mastery rank.
I'm running dizzy with dorren's request (22 failures so far) and I'm wondering what else I can do other than this.

It looks like the darkess crystal is one of the items with the lowest fixed success rate, unless you want to invest in braids for clovers. :x Just grab a few buddies and spam basic, I guess? I think you should finish all the successes before you worry about the failures. Mabi fails at the % system, after all.

Yea seems like it...so I'm spamming the mission throughout.
Thank god it's 67 fails and not 200...
I can solo basic, so I just bring along a few noobs in for fun. I hate soloing somehow....it's just not as fun as party play...
I also ended up realising that I can train summon golem kill requirements in there as well, so it is a win-win-win situation for me (synthesis training, summon golem training, exp and gold).
27 more fails to go.
Thanks again.
