My 10-year-old brother got hit in the left side of his head by my 14-year-old cousin who threw a wallet at him pretty hard ( it had blunt plastic edges, light/empty too..but its hard i guess) because he got angry ._.
There isn't any lumps, dents or anything that I can find on his head even though it was thrown at an arms length distance
This happened just over 4 days ago and my brother doesn't seem to be injured.-or hes not telling me-
He seems to be a little more aggressive towards my cousin during the night (sleep over).. although that could be anger but he does calm down after like 1-2hrs or in the mourning.
I wasn't at the scene until an hour later and he seemed fine.. So I didn't call a doctor or anything
-I also didn't want any parents knowing this-
Anyone know about Head injuries?.. I'm not quite sure whats gonna happen :|

He's probably just pissed that his cousin threw a wallet at him.

He is prolly fine. But if he is claiming to have a headache he could have a concussion

Probably just anger.
I guess if you're really concerned, you can ask.

If your brother is still showing any of these signs, you should probably take him to a doctor.
* confusion or feeling dazed
* clumsiness
* slurred speech
* nausea or vomiting
* headache
* balance problems or dizziness
* blurred vision
* sensitivity to light
* sensitivity to noise
* sluggishness
* ringing in ears
* behavior or personality changes
* concentration difficulties
* memory loss
But from what you said happened, if your brother did in fact get a concussion, it was probably no more than a Grade 1 Concussion, which means those symptoms only last for 15 minutes or so. But since you said it happened four days ago, and your brother is doing fine other than being pissed off at your cousin, then I wouldn't worry.

He's 10...
I hit my brother with a baseball bat, and he was mad at me for months. [Light swing to the arm ;3]

Still. You're the only one ever taking the effort to help out.

ALWAYS be careful with bad injuries.
This is why they always rush people to the hospital when the victim says he or she is "fine."
You could be bleeding internally, for all you know. And that can lead to death.

I threw a D battery at my cousin once when we were like 12.
It hit him in the eye.
