Back to mabi... or not. Damn Client issues.

  So... haven't played mabi in god only knows how long... Thought I might try to get back into it again. Downloaded the game, patched, and then this nice thing popped up.

  So far I uninstalled, restarted computer, reinstalled, Tried to run in compatibility mode, as admin, added exception to firewalls, tried running without anti-virus. I got nothing else. It doesn't give any error code so I don't know what the hell is wrong.
  
  Any input or suggestions is much appreciated.

  Looks like the same error I got awhile back.
  
  By any chance are you able to open the client, it looks like it's loading just fine but suddenly the error pops up?
  
  If so try this, I think I fixed it by:
  -Uninstalling (through control panel) and physically deleting the mabinogi folder.
  -Restarted the computer.
  -Reinstalled the game again.
  
  If the above doesn't work, try reinstalling in a new directory/folder e.g. mabinogi2.
  
  I usually get that same error when mabinogi introduces a new patch and I system restore to a date prior to the patch.
  
  My guess is something still remains in your registry/folder that makes your client go "lol I can't read this, I am errored". Restarting usually clears up that something and deleting the folder gets rid of hidden junk that remains.
