There's ice blue hair for giants/humans and black hair for elves here on gunner patch

  I read somewhere that the ice blue hair was never planned.

  I wish they'd jut let us choose a custom color using RGB codes instead of presets. I'm not really satisfied with what is available.

  That's nice, so limited edition hair. I'll definitely stick with this hair color even if it isn't removed.

  That's what wigs are for, though you can't wear hats or hair accessories with it...

  Black hair was VERY HIGH in demand for those elf users, and some human/giant users would like Ice blue hair, since they have no "real" blue hair.

  I'm talking about the CN server but I was assuming that NA might have it too.
  If possible, try and create a new character and see if they have that option there.
  
  The colours seem to be only selectable with a premium card from what I remember.
