BBLean vs. Default Windows Shell

So for a while before I changed computers, I was using a shell called BBLean, and I enjoyed it, finally got around to setting it up again and I still prefer it to the default shell. Not sure how popular it is, but to anyone else who has experience with it, how would you say it is? I feel like it's more efficient, elegant, and attractive, as well as cleaner.
