  30~40max damage if Assault Slash is rank1+
  STR15~20 if Counter is rank1+
  WILL20 if Evasion is rank1+
  Piercing Level 3
  Repair Cost 5x
  Enchant enable regardless of rank.
  Personalize upon enchanting.
